Alok Ranjan

Alok Ranjan is an experienced executive in human resources and management consulting, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Flipcarbon Integrated Solutions Private Limited since March 2018. Alok has a strong background in leading HR functions, having previously held significant roles such as People Director for Anheuser-Busch InBev in India and Human Resource Director at SABMiller India. During tenure at SABMiller, contributions included strategic HR management, talent development, and organizational integration following mergers. Alok's career began at Shaw Wallace where initial experience as a Management Trainee evolved into a role as HR Business Partner. Alok holds an educational background from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
