We are seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Brand to lead all external brand-related activities. This role is perfect for someone who is not only a visionary designer but also an expert in event planning, social media, videography, photography, podcasting, and public relations. The ideal candidate will have the skills to execute these tasks themselves or the leadership ability to build and manage a small and efficient team of full-time employees, contractors, or agencies. This role will report to our VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build on and execute our comprehensive brand strategy to enhance Flipdish’s market presence.
  • Design and execute branding materials across all platforms using our brand guidelines.
  • Plan and manage in-person events that promote Flipdish and engage our target audience.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement.
  • Possibly launch and manage a Flipdish podcast, including content planning and guest coordination.
  • Direct public relations efforts to build and maintain a positive public image.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of creative professionals and external agencies if required.
  • Take ownership of all customer-facing materials, including design and content, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management, with a strong portfolio showcasing design, event planning, social media campaigns, and PR achievements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in Dublin or London with an understanding of UK & Irish culture.
  • Conduct in-person customer visits and interviews to assess messaging and source customer content.

Nice to haves:

  • Event planning experience.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Social media expertise.
  • Strong food/foodtech industry knowledge/enthusiast.
  • Experience with videography, photography, podcasting, and community building (e.g., Discord or newsletters).
