Akash Pardhi

Akash Pardhi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network design, operations management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Network Design and Strategy at Flipkart since December 2025, Akash previously held the position of Senior Manager of Mega Gateway Operations at Delhivery from April 2024 to December 2025. Prior to these roles, Akash was a Student Coordinator for the IIM Mumbai Alumni Committee and completed an internship at Godrej Consumer Products Limited. Experience also includes a role as Assistant Manager O&M at Adani Power, where responsibilities encompassed planning maintenance practices, resource allocation, and vendor negotiations. Akash holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University.
