Divyesh Shah

Divyesh Shah currently serves as Vice President and Head of MaRT (Marketplace and Retail Tech) at Flipkart, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategy, platform, and product management for over 1 million suppliers and sellers, aiming to deliver a customer value proposition of wide selection at affordable prices with high quality and convenient speed. Prior to Flipkart, Divyesh was the Founder and CEO of Bitplay Technology (MolWol), launching a decentralized commerce platform that scaled to over 1,000 sellers across more than 20 countries. Divyesh's experience at Amazon as a Senior Tech & Product Leader involved driving innovation for the global product page, contributing to multi-billion dollar revenue growth. Earlier roles include Delivery Manager at Target, focusing on location analytics, and Technology Lead/Solution Architect at CGI, leading a major technology transformation initiative. Divyesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gujarat University.
