Keshav Dhakad

Keshav Dhakad currently serves as the Senior Vice-President & General Counsel for the Flipkart Group, one of India’s leading digital commerce entities, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Keshav spent over 15 years at Microsoft, culminating as Group Head & General Counsel for Corporate, External & Legal Affairs in Microsoft India. Keshav also held positions as Regional Director & Assistant General Counsel for the Digital Crimes Unit in Asia and Senior Attorney & Director of Intellectual Property & License Compliance. Additional experience includes serving as Chair of the BSA India Committee and as a Partner and Senior Associate in various legal firms. Keshav holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Delhi.
