With extensive experience as transaction counsel, Manisha has specialized in cross-border private equity investments and securities law advisory, advising various financial services companies. Previously, they were a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and J. Sagar Associates, leading transaction teams for prominent private equity firms and corporations. Manisha holds a B.A. (Honours) in History from Lady Sri Ram College and an LL.B. from Delhi University.
