Monika Kalra is an accomplished legal and compliance professional, currently serving as Deputy Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for Myntra and Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance at Flipkart Group since September 2018. Monika Kalra has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, having previously held positions such as Senior Director for Regulatory Compliance and M&A, as well as Regulatory Compliance Lead for Walmart India. Before joining Flipkart, Monika Kalra was Head of Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretary at Modern Foods, playing a key role in the brand's acquisition. Monika Kalra also held roles at McCain Foods, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., and Alok Sinha & Co., focusing on legal counsel and compliance. Monika Kalra holds a Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School and a postgraduate degree in Compliance from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
