Namitha Roy

Namitha Roy possesses extensive experience in human resources management, having served in various roles across reputable companies. From June 2022 to September 2024, Namitha held the position of Manager HR Business Partner and was subsequently promoted to Lead HR Business Partner at Flipkart. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Infosys from May 2020 to June 2022, and as HR Manager at L&T Financial Services from May 2019 to March 2020. Namitha began a career in human resources with a summer internship at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited in 2018, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs. Earlier, a background in data reporting was established during a tenure as a Program Analyst at Cognizant from December 2014 to June 2016.
