Nihar Ranjan Karmee

Nihar Ranjan Karmee is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Zonal Head HRBP (Associate Director) at Flipkart since February 2014, Nihar manages HR for Fulfilment Centers and Mother Hubs across multiple regions, overseeing a large workforce and a diverse team.
