Nitika Lal

Nitika Lal has extensive experience in marketing and growth, primarily in the e-commerce sector, having worked at Flipkart from July 2015 to February 2023. In the role of Associate Director - Marketing & Growth, Nitika focused on branding and identity, while previous positions included Senior Manager II roles in Brand Marketing & Customer Growth, and Storefront & Customer Activation, emphasizing marketing and go-to-market strategies. Nitika began a career as a Management Trainee in Category Management, driving brand segment mix and market share growth. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure at American Express in Membership Rewards.
