Prafull Nautiyal is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in customer experience, product design, and quality management across multiple leading companies. Currently serving as a Product Manager Fellow at NextLeap since August 2024, Prafull previously held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Experience Product, Design, and Strategy at Flipkart, where notable achievements included designing and productizing the Flipkart Video Troubleshooting for electronics, resulting in significant annual savings and a high customer satisfaction score. With earlier roles at Micromax Informatics Ltd, where Prafull significantly contributed to mobile launches through quality audits, and Samsung Electronics, where Prafull managed quality for the Galaxy smartphone series, Prafull has a strong track record in driving product quality and customer satisfaction. Prafull holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics from the College of Engineering Roorkee.
