Ruchin Jain

Ruchin Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail operations and marketplace management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Marketplace at Flipkart since July 2025, Ruchin previously held the role of General Manager - Retail Operations at BlueStone from December 2022 to June 2025, and also worked as Area Business Manager there. Prior experience includes serving as Area Sales Manager at United Breweries Ltd. from July 2020 to November 2022, and a brief internship at Britannia Industries Limited in 2019. Ruchin co-founded Creative Muses, a start-up focused on aiding the growth of new businesses through social media strategies, working alongside a brother from June 2016 to March 2018. Ruchin holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Delhi University (2015-2018).
