Seema Nair

Seema Nair is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across prominent organizations. Currently serving as CHRO at Flipkart, Seema has previously held significant roles including Senior Executive Vice President at Reliance Industries Limited, where responsibilities encompassed heading the Group HR Office and digitization, as well as leading the People Development Group.
