Shaik Aboubakar

Shaik Aboubakar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager - HRBP at Flipkart since July 2021. Prior to this role, Aboubakar held the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources at Myntra from August 2020 to June 2021 and worked as a freelance HR Consultant focusing on recruiting and workforce planning between April and August 2020. Previously, Aboubakar was the Head of HR at Quick Ride from July 2019 to April 2020, and served as a Senior HRBP at cure.fit (cult.fit) from September 2017 to February 2019. Academic qualifications include a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bangalore University.
