Lauren Mackay

Lauren was born and raised in Calgary Alberta, and is a graduate of Mount Royal University. Growing up in competitive gymnastics, Lauren competed at a national and international level. After retiring from gymnastics, she turned to yoga as a way to stay connected to movement and continues to share this passion with others as a yoga teacher. As an Account Manager, Lauren acts as the liaison between clients and internal teams to bring projects and brands to life. She brings clear communication, problem solving, and strategic thinking to the team at Flipp. With a focus on brand development and integrated marketing, her experience includes clientele across many industries including food & beverage, real estate, education, health & wellness, and non-profit.
