David Viens

David Viens is an experienced leader in business development and program management, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at FLIR Systems since July 2020. Prior roles include Senior Director of Business Development at FLIR Unmanned Ground Systems and Senior Business Development Executive at Endeavor Robotics. Viens has also held significant positions such as Regional Director for the Americas at DeLorme, where responsibilities included developing sales networks in Latin America, and Senior Program Manager at BAE Systems, focusing on research and development of intelligence systems. Prior military experience includes serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army's Special Forces and as a Strategic Planner on the Joint Staff, advising on Latin American strategy and policy. Viens holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies and Political Science from the University of Florida.
