Sebastian Ayala Viteri

Sebastian Ayala Viteri has been working in the corporate world since 2016. Starting as a Senior Tutor of Students at Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2016, they then moved on to become a Corporate & Investment Banking Intern at Citi in 2017. In this role, they developed a financial report of Commodities & Equities delivered and presented weekly to Vice-president’s and CCOs from Andean Region (Ecuador, Colombia and Peru), identified and recommended prospective clients that perform more than $50 million on revenue, and collaborated with 8 cross functional, globally dispersed teams to support client’s needs. In 2019, they took on a Trainee role at Qatar Airways, followed by a Growth Hacker Summer Trainee role at Small Teaser in 2018. In 2021, they became the Founder of Olivaa Corp Group, and in 2022, they took on roles as an Account Manager at Flisk | Insurance Renewals Made Easy, Co-Founder at Boraa, and Account Manager SME at Betterfly.

Sebastian Ayala Viteri obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Marketing from Universidad San Francisco de Quito between 2013 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics with emphasis in Business Administration from Unidad Educativa Tomas Moro in 2013. In addition, Sebastian was awarded a tuition scholarship to attend an Economic of Business Success seminar at the University of New Hampshire in June 2016 by the Foundation for Economic Education. Sebastian also holds an Inbound Certification from HubSpot, obtained in August 2015.
