Richard Papp

Richard Papp has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Richard is currently a Co-Founder & Strategy at FLIT Invest, an impact investing-as-a-service platform. At FLIT, they provide digital consulting, impact investing, and software development services to wealth managers and RIAs. Prior to FLIT, Richard worked as an Investment Banking Associate at ING from 2019 to 2021. Richard also has experience at Deloitte Switzerland, where they served as an Assistant Manager and Senior Consultant in M&A, FIG. During their time at Deloitte, they worked on several M&A deals, including advising Swissquote on the acquisition of Internaxx. Richard also worked in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, as a Consultant at Deloitte, as an Intern at Citi, and as an Intern at Intesa Sanpaolo.

Richard Papp obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Corvinus University of Budapest, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Banking and Finance at the University of St.Gallen from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Richard earned the certification of Chartered Accountant from The Chamber of Hungarian Auditors in March 2015.
