Pablo Casañ Comín has worked in the tech and energy industries for over a decade. Pablo started their career in 2009 as a Junior Engineer at the Instituto de Ingeniería Energética (IIE). In 2012, they became a Key Account Manager at VSE Smart Energy, where they were responsible for Electric Utility customer Iberdrola and supported Smart Electric grid cross-company projects. In 2014, Pablo worked as an Internal Sales at Damco, where they were responsible for Centre Spain Area and managed sales pipelines and activities. Also in 2014, they worked as an STA Site Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where they headed deployment of Warranty Reduction, Benchmarking, Lean Manufacturing, Reliability and Robustness - PFMEA and SPC G8D. In 2018, Pablo became the CEO and Co-Founder of Flit2go, a technology start-up focused on the development of software and hardware with high growth potential in the tech for mobility industry and car rental.

Pablo Casañ Comín has a diverse educational background. Pablo obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) between 2007 and 2010. Pablo then went on to receive an M.Eng Industrial Management Engineering from UPV between 2010 and 2012. During this period, they also obtained an Erasmus inside the program M.Sc. Corporate Management from the Poznan University of Technology. Pablo then went on to obtain a 6-Sigma Black Belt from Ford Motor Company in 2017 and an Executive MBA from UPV in 2018. Additionally, they have a Consumer Driven 6-Sigma Black Belt Certification from Ford Motor Company.
