Milena Valkova

Milena Valkova is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Central Accounting Team at Flix since December 2022, Milena previously held the position of Senior Manager Controlling Europe at SumUp, where responsibility included leading a cross-functional team and achieving process standardization. Milena's earlier experience includes managing a Shared Services Center at Sitel, where Milena implemented process improvements through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at both Archer Daniels Midland and Ernst & Young, where Milena conducted various operational and financial audits. Milena holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
