Ann Roberts

Ann Roberts is the current Chief People Officer at Flo Health. Ann has previously held positions as Group HR Director at Bumble, Senior HR Business Partner at Lebara, Head of HR at Connected Places Catapult, and HR Business Partner at Rolls-Royce. Prior to their work in HR, Ann was an analyst in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs.

Ann Roberts has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College Business School, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and certification from the CIPD in Chartered Member. Ann also has certification from the Association for Coaching in Certified Coaching Professional.

Ann Roberts reports to Dmitry Gurski, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Arvid Vismont - Chief Business Development Officer, Kate Romanovskaia - Chief Brand & Communications Officer, and Anna Klepchukova - Chief Medical Officer.
