Dr Sheena Kumar

Dr. Sheena Kumar is a highly experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Medical Expert with a focus on mental health and women's health. Currently serving as a Medical Expert and Board Member at Flo Health Inc. since May 2025, Dr. Kumar provides consulting and advice on mental health initiatives. Over the years, Dr. Kumar has held significant roles including Senior Psychologist at Linklaters and Psych Health Limited, and Head of Wellbeing at the University of Roehampton, where responsibilities included delivering workshops on mental health and leading wellbeing strategies. With expertise encompassing PMDD, menopause, fertility journeys, and hyperemesis, Dr. Kumar's background includes founding Actor in Session, managing various psychological services within the NHS, and overseeing community mental health initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from London South Bank University.
