Tamara Orlova

Tamara Orlova is the current CFO at Flo Health. Tamara has over 14 years of experience in finance and operations.

Tamara started their career at Intercomp Global Services as a senior manager in 2005. Tamara then joined Sony Music Entertainment in 2009 as the crisis CFO to cover operations and finance for CIS, Mongolia and part of Eastern Europe Sony Music territories. During their time at Sony, the region grew from a tiny market into a top-10 on global group roadmap. Tamara played a strategic role in restructuring of the business which led to stable 2x YoY growth in revenue and positive cash flow. Tamara also covered up the CEO role for 1 year during transition period, commercial function, and implementing world-class accounting and control processes. The region received top-10% result globally during SOX-compliance audit under their leadership.

In August 2019, Tamara left Sony Music Entertainment to join Flo Health as the CFO. At Flo Health, they are responsible for leading full operations beyond finance.

Tamara Orlova has a Master's degree in Finance from the New Economic School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Tamara Orlova reports to Dmitry Gurski, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Timofei Savitski - Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, Roman Bugaev - CTO, and Kate Romanovskaia - Chief Brand & Communications Officer.
