Caleb Dunlop

Caleb Dunlop is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Business Development Representative at Float since May 2024, Caleb previously excelled as a Customer Service Representative at LCBO, significantly improving customer satisfaction metrics. As President of the Western Soccer Association, Caleb successfully coordinated events that expanded club membership and increased financial reserves. Additional leadership roles include Vice President of Events and Director of Communications, where efforts in marketing and event management greatly enhanced member engagement. Educational qualifications include an HBA in Business Administration and Management from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Behaviour from Western University.
