Rob Khazzam is the Co-Founder and CEO of Float, where they drive the mission to simplify spending for companies and teams. Previously, they served as General Manager of Uber in Canada and Central & Eastern Europe, managing significant P&L responsibilities and navigating regulatory challenges across multiple countries. Their earlier experience includes an Associate position at Fulcrum Capital Partners and a Managing Partner role at Great Mountain Partners. Rob began their career with a summer internship at Scotiabank and holds an education from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.
