Georgie Roberts

Georgie Roberts has a long and varied career in operations and people & culture roles. In 2020, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Float.com, where they also held the role of Operations Manager. In this role, they drove their annual People Ops activities such as pay reviews and their total rewards strategy, as well as redesigning their rewards offering and revising the way they benchmark pay for their global 100% remote team. Georgie also ran their annual meetup. In 2019, they held a 6-month contract as a Project Manager at Qantas for their Centenary celebrations. In 2018, they were the Operations Manager for Australia at BuzzFeed. From 2016 to 2014, they held the role of Manager, People & Culture at BWM Dentsu and Dentsu, respectively. In 2014, they were the General Manager, Communications (freelance) for the Australian Alliance for Energy Productivity (A2EP). From 2012 to 2014, they were the Communications & Events Coordinator and speaker liaison for the Clean Energy Council.

Georgie Roberts attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Business with a focus in Management & Communications.
