Sneha Gaidhane

Sneha Gaidhane has been working in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2015. Sneha started their career as an Associate Consultant at Search Quest Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. In 2017, they moved to iGlance Systems LLP as a Recruiter, where they held the role for two years. In 2019, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Mobiliya and as a Talent Acquisition at QuEST Global. In 2020, they joined AVALARA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED as an Associate, Talent Acquisition. Currently, Sneha is working as an Account Manager at FloCareer.

Sneha Gaidhane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indira College of Engineering and Management, Pune, which they earned between 2014 and 2016, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Sneha also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they earned between 2007 and 2011, specializing in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
