Anne-Sophie Boizard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality control and assurance within the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Assurance Scheme Officer and Credibility Assurance Officer at FLOCERT since February 2017, Anne-Sophie has previously held roles such as Quality Control and Laboratory Manager at CG Roxane, where responsibilities included implementing quality and food safety systems and maintaining essential certifications. At Société des Eaux Minérales Saint-Amand, Anne-Sophie coordinated quality and environmental systems for multiple production sites, and earlier experience includes quality assurance training at Coca-Cola Enterprises and laboratory technician roles at Lesaffre and Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. Anne-Sophie holds an Engineer’s Degree in Food Technology and Processing from Polytech Lille and a Master's degree in Génie Alimentaire from Université Laval.
