Steven Dunns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Flock Freight since November 2016. At Flock Freight, a technology company recognized as a 2021 CNBC Disruptor 50 winner, Steven plays a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain through innovative algorithms that enhance service standards for shippers while promoting sustainability. Prior to this, Steven held various positions in higher education administration and retail management, including roles at UEI College and The Home Depot, as well as serving in the United States Marine Corps in logistics. Steven holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Lone Star College.
