Amanda Spees

Amanda Spees is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer success and emergency communications. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Flock Safety since November 2021, Amanda previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Account Administrator at ClearDATA from March 2020 to November 2021. Amanda is also an active member of Women of Customer Success since August 2023. Prior experience includes significant leadership at the Austin Police Department, where Amanda supervised 911 Call Takers and Dispatchers as a Police Dispatcher Lead from November 2014 to March 2020, and performed critical dispatching duties. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Texas State University.
