Brittnie Hendrix is an experienced project coordinator and customer experience specialist, currently working at Flock Safety since July 2023. In this role, Brittnie successfully ran a pilot program for a new Project Coordinator position, assisting Project Managers with documentation and customer communications. Prior to Flock Safety, Brittnie served as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at Nomad, managing customer interactions and improving internal processes. Brittnie has a strong background in customer support and team leadership, having worked as a Customer Support Team Lead at Homebot and previously held positions in customer success and management at companies such as LogRhythm, Walt Disney World, Wells Fargo, and Chick-fil-A. Brittnie is currently pursuing further education at Front Range Community College, building on a foundation established at Yulee High School.
