Jared Heiler

Jared Heiler is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in product development and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Program Manager at Flock Safety since March 2021, Jared leads the development of advanced hardware devices, facilitating collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and product management to ensure timely and budget-compliant launches. Prior to this role, Jared established the technical project management function at Flock Safety, promoting efficient product development practices. Earlier experience includes a decade at Kids2, where Jared held multiple positions, culminating as Director of Technical Product Management, overseeing global teams and driving product execution for major toy brands. Additional roles at Capgemini, RouteMatch Software, and Manhattan Associates further honed Jared's skills in consulting and technical implementations. Jared holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
