John Michelau

John Michelau is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in software development and architecture, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Flock Safety since January 2022, Michelau has previously held various roles including Software Engineer/Architect at Verifone, where significant architectural advancements were made for global payment applications, and Lead Software Engineer at BitBank Software for Google, leading a team to create an internal asset tracking application. With a rich tenure at Motorola from 1998 to 2015, Michelau contributed to critical projects including mobile device management systems and Android performance improvements.
