Crystal Osowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global People Operations at Flodesk, Crystal has previously held several key roles at Upgrade, Inc., including Director of Global HR Operations, Director of People Operations, and People Operations Business Partner. Crystal's career also includes positions at Zenefits as a Benefits Advisor and Associate Benefits Advisor, as well as Executive Team Lead of Human Resources at Target. Crystal holds a degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
