Shane Phelan

Shane Phelan is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Operations Director and Head of Technical Operations at Flogas Ireland since April 2019, Shane Phelan also holds the position of Director at Liquid Gas Ireland, representing stakeholders in the LPG and BioLPG industry. Prior experience includes roles as Terminal Manager at DCC Oil Ireland and Assistant Terminal Manager at DCC Energy Ltd, along with various positions at Flogas Ireland, culminating in a strong background in transport, distribution, and technical services. Shane Phelan earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast from 1996 to 2000.
