Preston Davis

Preston Davis is a Senior Software Engineer at Flogistix, LP since October 2022, where contributions include extensive refactoring and reskinning of a flagship fleet management web application using React, as well as implementing analytics tools for improved application usage insights. Previously, as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Valcom Inc from April 2019 to October 2022, Preston led a team of six in the development of web and mobile applications and oversaw the transformation of a legacy codebase to React and TypeScript. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Valcom Inc, focusing on user interface development for emergency notification applications and API architecture using Python/Django. A brief internship in church planting was completed at the North American Mission Board in 2018. Preston holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from East Central University, earned between 2015 and 2018.
