Duncan Chandler MCIPD

Duncan Chandler MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Duncan currently works as the Head of HR and Culture on a fixed-term contract at Flomatik Network Services, where they are responsible for strategic HR review, employee career development, HR strategy alignment with company goals, addressing employee churn, and managing various teams. Prior to this role, Duncan worked at DORMOLE LIMITED as the Group HR Systems and Analytics Manager, overseeing the myDormole project.
