Brett Kemp has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Brett started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Section Manager for the travel claims department and managed a team of 11 employees. Brett was responsible for overseeing claims processing and delivering informational briefings.
After their service in the Air Force, Brett joined Eli Lilly and Company as an Account Executive. Brett successfully reestablished account relationships in a previously vacant territory and supported the training of the sales team.
In 2002, Brett transitioned to Fiberlok, where they held multiple roles. As the Production Manager, they managed a team of 22 employees and implemented strategies to reduce turnover, overtime, and quality rejects. Brett also served as the Midwest Sales Director, responsible for sales in 27 states across four major markets. Brett restructured the sales region and trained and managed the Midwest team sales support personnel.
Since 2007, Brett has been working at Flood and Peterson as the President. Flood and Peterson is one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the nation. Brett leads the company in providing commercial insurance, employee benefits, and surety programs across various industries.
Throughout their career, Brett has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on improving efficiency, and a commitment to building strong client relationships.
Brett Kemp attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
