Dave Ohearn

Dave Ohearn is a Talent Director at FloodGate Medical. Dave has over fifteen years of experience in the military and private sector. Dave began their career as a Senior Program Manager at USSOCOM, where they were in charge of developing and executing a Department of Defense (DOD) joint, inter-agency, and multinational approach while producing strategic communications advice for USSOCOM, the Joint Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and US interagency partners. Dave then transitioned to Jacobs, where they became a Senior Operations Analyst. In this role, Dave developed and integrated timely and accurate global awareness and responsive support to a 70k person USSOCOM Special Operations Force (SOF) network in day-to-day operations and crisis response in the Indo-Pacific, while simultaneously supporting USSOCOM HQs strategic requirements to ensure worldwide SOF are ready and postured to support national strategic and operational objectives.

Dave Ohearn has a Master of Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern State University.

They are on a team with Chris Leuzze - Director of Operations, Brittany Erickson - Talent Director-Urology, and Chris Gregory - Sr. Talent Advisor. Their manager is Joe McClung, President.
