David O'Hearn

David O'Hearn is an experienced professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and military operations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Advisor at FloodGate Medical since October 2021, David is instrumental in providing talent services to medical companies through innovative strategies and market intelligence. Previously, David held the position of Senior Operations Analyst at Jacobs, where responsibilities included supporting USSOCOM's Special Operations Force network in crisis response. David's extensive military experience includes roles such as Senior Program Manager at USSOCOM, where strategic communications were developed for various defense entities; Company Commander at the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), managing rapid deployment operations; and Special Warfare Instructor at the US Army Special Warfare Center, training over 1,000 Special Forces students. Additionally, David led a Special Operations Team at the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) with a focus on achieving national strategic objectives. David holds a Master of Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern State University.
