Brandon Reece

Brandon Reece serves as the CEO of Floodlight Consulting Group, focusing on enhancing Restoration Teams' processes, team development, and profitability since July 2019. As a co-host of the Head Heart & Boots Podcast, Brandon inspires restoration leaders through interactive sessions aimed at improving leadership skills, building impactful teams, and fostering strong organizational cultures. Prior roles include General Manager at BELFOR Property Restoration and COO at Summit Cleaning and Restoration, where Brandon excelled in leadership recruitment, P&L management, and driving business growth. With a background in military leadership as a Squad Leader in the Army National Guard and extensive experience in project management and team development across various organizations, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Corban University.
