Joshua Gass is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and leadership across various roles in the technology and home services industries. As the Owner of Floor Coverings International since September 2021, Joshua focuses on delivering exceptional flooring experiences across North America. Prior to this, Joshua served as the Geek Squad Home Services Manager at Best Buy, overseeing a team of nearly 100 field agents in market 29. Joshua's career includes significant roles within Geek Squad, ranging from Deputy Field Marshal to Geek Squad Manager, where responsibilities included performance management and service fulfillment. Joshua co-founded Fence Chips LLC and achieved recognition as a winner in a startup competition. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
