Mark McMurray

Mark McMurray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, process improvement, and operations management. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner of Floor Coverings International in North Tampa since October 2016, Mark has previously held significant roles including Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Process Improvement at First Service Brands, Director of Lean Six Sigma at Jabil, and Senior Client Partner at BMGI. Mark's expertise also spans management positions at The TruGreen Companies and ServiceMaster, where responsibilities included overseeing substantial business operations and leading Six Sigma initiatives. A Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and a former Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, Mark holds a Master's degree in Operations Management from Kettering University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the United States Naval Academy.
