Andrew Remm

Andrew Remm has extensive experience in sales and operations within the home improvement and retail industries. Currently serving as SVP PRO, Design, & Commercial Sales at Floor & Decor since 2015, Andrew focuses on building strategic partnerships with commercial businesses. Prior to this, Andrew held the role of EVP, Sales & Operations at Installation Made Easy, Inc., where responsibilities included developing a national startup plan in collaboration with private equity owners. Additional experience includes positions at Staples and Circuit City Stores, Inc., where leadership roles spanned multiple states and involved full P&L accountability. Andrew began a career in aviation as an FAA certified flight instructor and charter pilot after earning an education from Pensacola State College.
