Chad Terry

Chad Terry has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Chad started their career at Newell Rubbermaid in 2003, where they served as the Director of Channel Marketing from October 2003 to November 2004. Chad then became the Director of Marketing & Sales from November 2004 until their departure in 2006. From 2006 to 2013, Chad worked at Home Depot as a Global Product Merchant. In 2013, they joined Floor & Decor as the Merchandising Vice President. In 2018, they were promoted to Division Vice President, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Chad holds the position of Senior Vice President Store Operations at Floor and Decor.

Chad Terry obtained an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2001, focusing on Marketing & General Management.
