Jessica O’Neill

Jessica O’Neill is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Floor & Decor since February 2023, Jessica previously held the position of Lease Accountant at HF Sinclair from December 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing the ASC 842 close process. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate from September 2017 to November 2019, along with a stint as an Accounting Assistant at Highland Homes. Jessica's career began with an internship at Grant Thornton LLP in early 2016.
