Joe Connolly

Joe Connolly has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe started their career in the US Army as a Medical Specialist from 1986 to 1991. Following that, they joined Circuit City as a Sales Manager from 1991 to 1995 and later became a Store Manager from 1995 to 1997. Joe then moved on to Mars Music, Inc. where they worked as a General Manager for a year. After that, they held various positions at Circuit City Stores, Inc. including Store Manager and Corporate Operations Project Manager from 1998 to 2001.

In 2001, Joe joined Best Buy as a General Manager and worked there until 2006. During this time, they also served as a District Manager at Circuit City from 2001 to 2004. Joe then joined Floor & Decor in 2004 as the Director of Operations and later held the positions of Vice President Customer and Associate Experience, AVP Store Operations, and currently serves as Vice President Store Operations since January 2016.

Joe Connolly attended John Tyler Community College from 1993 to 1994. Joe also attended the University of New Hampshire from 1985 to 1986, where they focused on Business.
