Joshua Bailey is an experienced retail and entertainment management professional with a solid background in team leadership and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Tile/Stone/Design Manager at Floor & Decor since August 2019, Joshua has held multiple managerial roles within the company. Prior to this, Joshua spent nearly a decade at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an Assistant Store Manager, where leadership of a 140-member team was crucial in managing a $34 million annual retail environment. Joshua's earlier experience includes significant roles at PARC Management and Mountasia Family Fun Center, emphasizing guest service and team member development. Joshua's educational foundation was built at the University of Houston from 2002 to 2004.
