Kyle Delapp

Kyle DeLapp is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Floor & Decor since February 2023, Kyle previously held significant roles at The Home Depot, including Senior Finance Manager for U.S. Retail FP&A and Merchandise Planning, as well as Finance Manager for Merchandise Finance in Flooring, where notable achievements included managing a multi-billion-dollar P&L and navigating tariff strategies. Prior experience includes senior finance management at Target, where support was provided for the Baby and Kids divisions, and positions at Intel Corporation, The Rising Phoenix Group, Utility Revenue Services, Apple Retail, Carl Zeiss Vision, and Quofore, showcasing a diverse background in finance, strategic planning, and team leadership. Kyle holds an MBA in Strategic Finance and Business Analytics from Indiana University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with an educational experience at Lancaster University.
