Len Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Len began their career at Dun & Bradstreet as a Senior Business Analyst from 1984 to 1988. Len then joined Ferguson Enterprises in 1988 as a Branch Credit Manager, where they gained expertise in bond and lien law, secured transactions, legal collection procedures, and general credit management. Len progressed through several branch assignments with increasing responsibility at Ferguson Enterprises until 2001. In 2001, they became the Senior Regional Credit Manager at Ferguson Enterprises, responsible for credit management in multiple locations in the US and internationally, generating over 4 billion in credit sales. Len consistently outperformed the market in bad debt charge-offs and maintained excellent monthly DSO and collection percentages. From 2016 to 2017, Len took on the role of Senior Regional Credit Operations Manager at Ferguson Enterprises, where they managed vendor relationships and implemented new product offerings. Since 2018, Len has been working at Floor & Decor as the Senior Director of Commercial Credit, focusing on the development, support, and growth of commercial credit programs, as well as implementing credit strategies to support sales and optimize the Order to Cash function. Len has a strong emphasis on building technology solutions, innovation, and process improvement.
